Holland America Line will be rolling out a new room service menu that will include cuisines that will be complimentary and paid which will be available in every cabin beginning December 2016.
The menu will showcase a combination of Continental (complimentary) and la carte breakfast choices, as well as dishes from various specialty restaurants onboard, which will be for a fee. Courtesy starters, sandwiches, entrees and desserts will remain to be obtainable.
If you purchase a Pinnacle and Neptune Suite you will be will be spoilt with a la carte breakfast and specialty beverages.
Restaurants such as Tamarind, Dive In Burgers and Pinnacle Grill will offer guests a choice between a Vegetarian, Seafood or Land and Sea bento box at $9.75 each, a number of burgers served with fries, each costing $4.95, and a steak dish can be bought for $15 and lobster for $20.
If you like to start your day with a hearty breakfast then the sample complimentary selection of scrambled eggs that comes with breakfast meats and hash browns will make your morning. If your more inclined to indulge in a gourmet breakfast you can get stuck into choices that include smoked salmon benedict ($7.50), steak and eggs ($9.50) and a fruit smoothie with Greek yogurt ($4.95).
What about the kids? Don’t worry, even the most fussiest eaters will have something to choose from in the kids’ menu with the popular mac and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, chicken tenders and other snacks free of charge.
