Australia’s Curtis Stone to coordinate menus for Princess Cruises

Curtis Stone will coordinate food served in the principle dining areas over the princess travels armada before the year’s over.

Another strength eatery idea and menu will be planned by Stone together with an extraordinary culinary expert’s table.

Stone’s first restaurant adrift will make a big appearance in December on board Emerald Princess, Ruby Princess, Coral Princess and Sun Princess, with the gourmet expert’s table experience presented over the fleet from mid 2016.

More details, including menu items, specialty restaurant name and concept, as well as a complete roll out schedule will be announced shortly, the line said.
